BroadWater, LLC is Vertical Health's Continuing Medical Education (CME) subsidiary. Since 2000, we've run hundreds of medical meetings worldwide, and in 2009, we expanded to online meetings. Through all these events, we’ve earned a reputation among physicians and surgeons for running highly professional, flawless programs.
